RLC is the first competitive leadership conference of the year and is only one day long. Attendance for this conference is only required if you plan to compete in an RLC Qualifying Event.

To compete in these events at SLC, you must place in the top 4 of your event at RLC. If you qualify, the event will count as one of your national competitive events for SLC.

OBJECTIVE TEST PRACTICE
RLC also offers computerized testing of objective test events. These are considered practice and are non-qualifying. Everyone who participates in an objective test event is eligible to compete at SLC. You do not have to compete at SLC in the same objective test event.
AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE
The Awards of Excellence Ceremony recognizes the top 4 competitors in both qualifying and objective test events. Winners will receive a certificate and a RLC Winner pin.
